Oh Dear Leader, here's trouble. An international panel of experts announces that evidence "points overwhelmingly" to the conclusion that North Korea torpedoed and sank a South Korean warship two months ago. North Korea called the report a fabrication and promised "all-out war" if there was retaliation. (Telegraph/UK)
