MORNING BRIEFING: Killer hedgehogs and those darn Spokane car prowlers

The Spokane Tribe has released the final environmental impact statement for its proposed Airway Heights casino. Earlier this week Spokane County Commissioners said they officially oppose the Tribe's proposal. You can read the final environmental impact statement here. (S-R)
