The California-based Aryan Brotherhood placed a $10,000 bounty on the two teens who allegedly robbed and beat to death World War II veteran Delbert Belton. For their safety, the teens were moved to protective adult custody from a juvenile detention facility. (S-R)

The ASPCA is now providing assistance to rehabilitate 63 neglected horses seized last week from a Spokane County property, and SCRAPS believes the horses' former owner has fled the state. (KXLY)

After Boeing's union machinists last week rejected a contract guaranteeing the new 777X would be built in Washington, other states are in talks with the aerospace giant — including Alabama, California, Kansas, Utah and South Carolina — to build the plane inside their borders. (Seattle Times)
