Hill's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Party on Monday

Posted By on Thu, Jan 6, 2011 at 1:10 PM

Hill's Restaurant and Lounge isn't generally open on Mondays. They're making an exception next week, though, and it's a pretty good one.

Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives filmed in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene in August, and the segment they shot at Hill's airs on Monday night.

The Hill brothers will open at 4 pm and offer happy hour all day (a buck off all drinks), with dinner specials on the Triple-D-Featured specials: their pancetta fettucini alfredo and the excellent pulled-pork sandwich (which we recently declared the best pulled-pork in Spokane).

Hill's has DirectTV, so the show will air in East-Coast primetime, so 6 pm here. They'll record it, though, and have it looping, in case you arrive late.
