Steal car, ram into house — Not the best plan, but it seems to happen every now and again. Rachel Banks, 24, was driving a stolen Honda Accord early this morning. She eluded Spokane police for a time before ramming into a house on North Maple and trapping herself in the car, effectively putting herself in jail. She was found, freed and arrested.
