Crafting Identity: Masks and Pastorela in Michoacan

An exhibition of masks carved by Felipe Horta and various other mask artists from the village of Tocuaro, in Michoacan. The masks are used in the ceremonial dances (pastorelas) staged during the community fiesta held each February. Sept. 10-Jan. 14; gallery open Mon-Sat, 10 am-4 pm.
