Winning Gonzaga its first National Endowment of the Arts grant, the annual Visiting Writers Series features discussions led by authors from different academic fields and parts of the world. This week, Marshall Boswell, an author and English professor at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., hosts. His fiction works include Trouble with Girls, a series of short stories about a boy with good intentions and the women he falls in and out of love with, and Alternative Atlanta, a novel about growing out of complacency with the help of family and women. The series features a discussion led by the author as well as a question-and-answer session.
