You’ve probably never been on the roof of any downtown Spokane buildings, and that’s a shame. Perhaps you should change that by ascending the Steam Plant building and joining in on the monthly Rooftop Happy Hour on Thursday afternoon. There’s live music from Folkinception’s Matt Mitchell, Steam Plant beers, food deals, and of course a view of downtown Spokane from atop the century-old building.
