Spokane String Quartet

It comes as no surprise that filmmakers would incorporate classical quartet music into their movie soundtracks — after all, the string quartet is the best mix of instrumentation. The Spokane String Quartet takes advantage of that at Sunday’s concert, playing classical pieces that have been highlighted in popular films, including Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, The Duchess and more.
