Police report report The Police Department has released its report — a full 733 pages — about Deputy Brian Hirzel's shooting  of Brian Scott Creach. (SR)

The most important Washington march ever? Wisest-Man-in-America Jon Stewart announced last night that he plans to hold a "Rally to Restore Sanity" on October 30 in Washington D.C.. His archrival, populist pundit Stephen Colbert, however, says he plans to hold a "March to Keep Fear Alive" at the exact same time, in the exact same place. The history between these two goes way back, apparently, so the tension should be palpable. (AVC)
