PHOTOGRAPHER'S EYE: Bike Monday

Posted on Mon, Oct 11, 2010 at 1:29 PM

Christopher Morlan took this shot in August on Riverside Avenue, just a few blocks from The Inlander’s office.

Photographer Patrick Sullivan’s submission, taken on Davis Lake during unseasonably awesome weather at the beginning of this month.

Here’s another Patrick Sullivan shot, taken just yesterday at a cyclocross race in Riverside State Park.

And this one’s my favorite. Photographer Jim Bellatty shot this during a family vacation in Cairo in May. “Cairo has a population of 16 million people,” he says. “If bread man can survive in Cairo, Egypt then I would hope that bicycles and vehicles should be able to co-exist in Spokane, Washington.”

Calling all local photographers! We’re looking for interesting images to post on Bloglander and in the Photographer’s Eye feature in our print edition. Send your entry to joels[at]inlander[dot]com, along with when and where you took it, and your name and phone number. (The Inlander reserves the right to re-publish submitted photos on the web or in the newspaper.)
