He cites … well, absolutely nothing in his desire to have the current judge recuse himself, instead pointing to an Idaho court rule that allows for a judge's dismissal without cause. (Spokesman)

Get a brain, morans — Spokane County says it's having difficulties counting all the ballots from last week's election because they can't read your handwriting. Apparently, everyone in Spokane County is a doctor. Or lazy. "The ballot was so long that voters got tired," says County Auditor Vicky Dalton. (KREM)
