Former Spokane Mayor Mary Verner has a new job.

According to an article from Rawhide Press that Verner posted on her Facebook profile, Verner has joined the Spokane Tribal Enterprises as their interim Chief Executive Officer.

Verner previously worked for Enterprises in the 1990s and left in 2000, the article says.

"She will use the knowledge and experience gained over the years, especially as CEO of the city’s municipal corporation with over 2,000 employees, over 27 departments, and over $600 million annual budget," the article reads. 

Verner did not indicate what compensation she will receive for this position.
