WORDS | Harry Potter enthusiasts unite! If you're still mourning the conclusion of J.K. Rowling's beloved series, you are not alone. Connect with other wizard-lovering Northwesterners at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library for a Harry Potter Book Night. Arrive at 6 pm for a costume contest, games, snacks and a movie screening at 7:30 pm.

FILM | Looking for ways to enrich your mind during Black History Month? The Unity Multicultural Education Center and the Black Student Union at GU are coming together to watch and discuss Slavery By Another Name, based off the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Douglass Blackmon. The screening will be free and open to the public. Make your way to Gonzaga's campus at 6 pm and explore what it means to be "created equal."

COMMUNITY | Want to cut a rug, but can't leave your kids behind? Dance the night away in one of Spokane's most beautiful structures while connecting with other families in the community. Join the Family Dance Band live at St. John's Cathedral for a family dance and potluck. 

WORDS | Join Auntie's Book Store for their monthly 3 Minute Mic Night tonight at 6. Poets have 3 minutes to share their work in an uncensored environment. Share your original work or listen and enjoy pieces from poets like Justin Snider with his "Remember the Word" showcase.
