This year, we are taking our Suds and Cinema on the road, exploring different venues throughout Spokane, and our first venture takes us to the Overbluff Cellars Events Center, housed inside the historic Washington Cracker Co. Building. You probably know this as the place that houses the annual Terrain art event.

On Wednesday, Feb. 24, coinciding with Inlander Restaurant Week, we'll be taking a culinary-centric approach to the night and showing the heralded 2014 indie flick Chef, directed and starring Jon Favreau. It's a pleasant little film that takes you inside the restaurant industry as a renowned chef played by Favreau looks to reinvent his career by opening a food truck.

Iron Goat will be our beer sponsor and will, of course, be pouring their award-winning beers during the screening. But before we roll the movie, we'll have a panel discussion featuring Iron Goat co-owner and brewer Greg Brandt, Sante owner and chef Jeremy Hansen and Travis Dickinson, the chef at Clover.

As always, Brain Freeze Creamery will be on site with their ice cream.

We'll get the party started at 6:30 and then show the movie at 7:30 pm.
Admission is $5 at the door and here's the official event page.
