Lowe Goes
• Heather Lowe, human resources director, has announced she's resigning from the city of Spokane, having been selected for a job in another city in Southern California.

Besides Lowe, a number of other city employees currently being scrutinized by the city after the forced resignation of Police Chief Frank Straub have also resigned, including, but not limited to:

— City Attorney Nancy Isserlis
— Assistant City Attorney Erin Jacobson
— Parks Spokeswoman Monique Cotton
— Other Parks Spokeswoman Nancy Goodspeed
