• Two people were killed
, and more than a dozen were wounded, after an early morning shooting at Fort Myers, Florida nightclub
. The two victims killed were 14 and 18, the New York Times
reports. The nightclub was hosting a party for teens. Some of the victims were as young as 12 years old. It is unclear how many shooters there were, but police have detained three people for questioning. Authorities
have said this is not an "act of terror."
This shooting comes after a gunman killed 49 people and injured more than 50 others at a gay nightclub in Orlando.
