A new NBC/WSJ poll shows Hillary Clinton, who formally accepted the Democratic Party's nominee for president last week, with a nine-point lead over rival Donald Trump.

ACLU takes Pasco to court over minority voting
A lawsuit filed against the city of Pasco alleges that its current method of voting that prevents Latinos from meaningfully participating in local government.
