A Spokane Valley woman is accused of a hate crime after yelling racist comments at her neighbors and kicking their cars. The A&E show Live PD was filming the deputies who made the arrest. Shalisha Israel, 68, faces multiple counts of malicious harassment and an additional charge of making a false statement to police. (KREM)
