This goes out to all the Non-custodial dads who deserve a cheer. You all know to well how hard it is. Unless you have money to spend in attorney fees, court costs & of course, an guardian ad litem. Everything falls on deaf ears. There is a serious problem in the system when custodial parents are not held accountable for their actions or lack thereof. There needs to be an easier way  to make the necessary changes in a Parenting plan/Residential schedule. Especially when it's as plain as day that there is justification. -Fighting mad dad
