Due to the enormous lines at the Post Office these days, I went to ship some birthday presents to my nephews & my brother out of state. I went to an independent shipping place. What a mistake. For one a Nerf gun & 2 gift cards are not 5 lbs & for a box with standard shipping should not be $24. Now if that wasn't irritating enough, the owner was rude to me & her staff, but my cashier was covered in hickies. Spokane you have got to set a higher bar for customer service. Please speak to your employees & have a talk about what is appropriate for work. Hickies? Really? Have you no self control or respect for yourself or others? If your business is slow consider some anger management as well as customer service classes & things might pick up. Oh and since you refused to box up and package my gifts in front of me (even though I paid you for it) I will be checking back to make sure those gift cards made it.
