Wake up Spokane! This is the latest things our local panhandlers are using.
They are not satisfied to stand on street corners anymore. I have a several
different sob stories knocking on my door asking for money, one person was
so high they couldn't even stay standing on my porch. Another asking for
food for her baby and claimed she lived 2 doors down from me. She didn't
know that I know who my neighbors are and she was not one of them. Again
wake up Spokane to the latest scam.
