Anonymous Organ Donor

To the man who anonymously donated his kidney to me. You came in off the
street to give life not knowing who I am. I will pay it forward and hope to
meet you some day. Life, Live it, then give it! Organ Donors Program.
Thanks for the great care I received from Sacred Heart Transplant Team.
