These last few years have been an amazing experience and I am forever
thankful for all the opportunities you all have given me. I've met some of
the kindest people I think I'll ever meet and made some of the best friends
(you all know who you are) anyone can ask for. I can say with confidence
that there is no better family to work for, as every employee is treated
with respect and loyalty; something seldom found in this industry. So
please raise a glass for me when I'm gone and remember that I love and will
