I was quite dissapointed with the responses of the 5 people in last week's
Question "what would you do if a foreign country invaded?" The responses
were unanimously cowardly. All 5 said they would run and hide and the 2
woman said they would learn Chinese! What?!? I realize this is a small
sample but didn't anyone respond that they would volunteer to fight and
defend their homeland? Where is our Patriotism? 70 years ago men and woman
gave their lives in service to this country without hesitation when she was
provoked. Who are we? I'm glad my grandfather, a WWII vet, didn't get a
chance to read how his grandchildren's generation would roll over and show
their bellies.
