that, as an Inlander reader, I was very impressed with your apology to her.
So many of us (me included) get annoyed with other people's behavior way
too easily and are quick to get angry. It was so great that you were able
to examine your response and decide you were out of line, and issue your
apology publicly. Maybe you can be a role model for the rest of us. I
really hope the woman in the silver car sees your ad.
