Unprofessional

What a way to embarrass my friend. Being a hiring manager does not make you
a god, telling someone over the phone that they were not dressed classy
enough for an interview? A black jacket, black skirt, and high heels
doesn't meet the criteria? I hate to break it to you, but your hiring for a
$13 an hour job, not upper level management. It's time to set down the bong
and step off of the high horse. It's fine to tell someone where to focus
their priorities, to improve their chances for moving up, not to upset and
embarrass them enough that they start crying in front of their current
co-workers, without even the courage to say it to their face. You're
not "classy" enough for the position you hold. You exemplify what's wrong
with the world today. I hope someone returns the favor to you. A little
humility might go a long way.
