25th Anniversary Celebration of the Red Wagon

The Junior League of Spokane hosts a community celebration as the Childhood Express, the red wagon sculpture in Riverfront Park, celebrates 25 years. The sculpture's creator, Ken Spiering, is in attendance for a special presentation to honor his work.
