A Palette’s Journey to the Palouse

An exhibit by artist Nancy Rothwell, which showcases how the palette and content of paintings can change dramatically once an artist moves from western to eastern Washington. Rothwell, born and raised in Spokane, recently moved from Seattle to Colfax, and her paintings document her artistic journey and especially how the beauty of the Palouse area influenced her work. The works of Cindy Connelly and Teri Newsome of Moscow, Idaho, are alos featured. Sept. 30-Dec. 16; Thu-Sat from 1-3 pm. Opening reception Sept. 30, 5:30-7:30 pm.
