We wrote this week about Jeramie R. Davis, a man sent to prison for the 2007 murder of an adult book store owner. Davis has always proclaimed his innocence, and it seems like the world has begun listening.
A jury earlier this month found another man guilty of the same murder. And at a hearing today in Spokane, a judge granted Davis a new trial, according to Anna Tolin, Davis's lawyer. Tolin added that no trial date has been set, and state prosecutors could still appeal the decision.
Will Davis be redeemed? Stay tuned . . .
