"BringVictoria2Spokane" Fundraiser

A textile drive is held at all Rosauers Supermarkets in Spokane, to benefit a campaign by local surgeons to bring a young Guatemalan girl to Spokane for life-saving facial reconstruction. Area surgeons met her while on a medical mission but her case was to complex to be performed in Guatemala. The community is asked to donate clothing and household textiles, in any condition to benefit Victoria's surgery and trip. May 4-10. *Organizers felt including a photo of Victoria, though graphic, was crucial to gaining support for her surgery.
