Brunch and Champagne Bellini Cooking Class

In this demonstration-style class, learn techniques for creating an elegant, creative and delicious brunch menu. Participants learn how to make gourmet French toast, baked egg strata, eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce and more. Participants sample various recipes throughout the course of the class, with champagne bellinis provided.
