Buddhist Meditation

When: Mondays, 6:30-8 p.m. Continues through May 22 2017

A weekly meditation and Dharma discussion course drawn from the book "An Open-hearted Life: Transformative Methods for Compassionate Living from a Clinical Psychologist and a Buddhist Nun." Drop-ins welcomed. Books are available, but not necessary to join in. Meets April 17-May 22, Mondays from 6:30-8 pm.
