Community Cooking Class with Chef Laurent Zirotti

Chef Laurent Zirotti, of Post Falls' renowned restaurant Fleur de Sel, teaches the basics of boiling, roasting, pan frying, seasoning and more. This class is free for families struggling with food insecurity who can benefit from learning to cook simply with the foods they receive at food pantries and mobile food distributions.
