Learn and sample recipes designed by nutritionist Korrin Fotheringham that will help you reduce inflammation in your body and feel better. Many chronic conditions pervasive in our society such as autoimmune conditions (arthritis and celiac disease), diabetes, cardiovascular disease and certain types of cancer are either caused by long-term inflammation in our environment or can lead to inflammation within our bodies.
