Depression & Anxiety Group

A six week group focused on learning, developing and practicing skills to effectively manage and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Topics covered include: goal-setting, pleasant activity scheduling, problem solving, overcoming procrastination, self-care strategies, and introduction to the cognitive model and thought records/core beliefs. Begins Oct. 15; meets Thursdays from 5:30-7 pm, through Nov. 19.
