If you happen to be driving through Sandpoint on certain days of the week near Safeway, you might catch a fish. Or some scallops. Or whatever this longtime, pop-up seafood vendor has for sale. It will be fresh, it will be good, and you’ll be glad you caught them. Check their social media, call or ask a local (like Eichardt’s, which uses their salmon).
