Freedom Project: Intro to Nonviolent Communication Workshop

Come experience Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a process that teaches us how to transform conflict (with our kids, coworkers, or between nations) into meaningful connection. This workshop is hosted by Freedom Project, an organization that offers NVC and mindfulness training to inmates at prisons across Washington, now including Airway Heights Corrections Center (AHCC). Hear from current AHCC volunteers, and about opportunities to participate in and outside the prison.
