From the Ashes: An American Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure

An event welcoming nationally-recognized pitmasters from across the U.S. who gather in Coeur d’Alene to showcase the best of American barbecue. Using the large, custom-built culinary equipment that Settlers Creek is known for, pitmasters from New York, Charleston and San Antonio feature 2-3 proteins and specialty side dishes at their individual stations at the event.
