GASP Sculpture Class

This class explores early sculpted figures across a variety of cultures as a way of developing your own figurative sculpture. Techniques include solid modeling in clay, hollowing the figure, and a simulated pit-firing to give them an aged, rustic look. Artist instructor Carrie Scozzaro shares her work, which combines clay figures with handcrafted "heads." Ages 16+.
