Two sessions are offered: Growing Forest Mushrooms covers techniques for growing a variety of edible forest mushrooms, including oyster and shitake mushrooms. April 27, 6:15-8:45 pm. Forest Edibles covers a range of edible non-timber products that can be harvested from local forests, on April 28, from 1-5 pm.
