The River City Pageant is a benefit for Spokane Parks Foundation that encourages participants to collect swimsuits for the “Make A Splash” program and raise funds for local Spokane county park renovations while also offering exciting opportunities to show poise in a gown or suit, fun fashion modeling in a “Spokane Pride” themed outfit, public speaking through a short personal introduction, and interview skills with a simple on-stage question.
