Jay Owenhouse: The Authentic Illusionist

When: Fri., Sept. 25, 7:30 p.m. 2015

Jay Owenhouse has been entertaining audiences with his mind-bending illusions since his freshman year of high school. Friday night, the Montana-based illusionist interacts with Spokane audience members, using levitation, predicting the future, and yes, sawing an audience member in half. If magic alone doesn’t quite float your boat, accompanying the illusionist are his two stunning Bengal tigers, Shekinah and Sheena. Owenhouse is truly living his dream, having wanted to perform magic shows since he was 4 years old — nearly as long as he’s loved tigers. It’s all thanks to a painting that hung in his family’s house, and a magician performing at his sister’s birthday party, that Owenhouse’s journey has led him to where he’s at today.
