Lucky Me

Lucky Me is one of those plays where everything goes wrong. Sarah is routinely plagued with the worst of luck: pets dying, leaky roofs, light bulbs on the fritz, and now she’s hurt her foot. In her 40s, her love life is nil until she meets her new neighbor Tom. In this 2014 comedy by Robert Caisley, the Modern Theater’s first play of the New Year, secrets and quick one-liners abound throughout the two-hour show. In the end, the characters’ luck may have turned around.
