Mama Movement: Pre & Perinatal Bellydance

Coil is introducing a gentle, non-performance-based dance fitness class for women who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or recently postpartum. Belly dance inherently provides abdominal strengthening and stretching as well as overall conditioning that helps prepare for childbirth and postpartum healing. Come try it during an hour-long demo class.
