At long last! Something "Presidential"!
Oh wait. A cell phone alert? If you have a cell phone in your pocket like every other normal person in America, chances are you saw the "Presidential Alert" too. The alert apparently disrupted some cell networks throughout the Northwest, including Alaska, the Seattle Times reports.
