The ninth annual two-day conference hosted by PJALS Spokane offers an opening reception with local musicians and spoken-word artists, Fri, Feb. 23, from 6-8:30 pm, followed by a day of workshop sessions, Sat, Feb. 24, from 9 am-5 pm.
