During weekly Pilates-based sessions, participants learn to experience the energizing benefits of Pilates movement exercises. Pilates builds core strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender thighs, sculpted hips, and a flat abdomen while Yoga improves balance and flexibility. Bring an exercise mat and bottled water to class. Meets Tuesdays, from 1:30-2:30 pm, through Feb. 13.
