This Northwest-themed grill located in the Coeur d’Alene Casino is all about customer comfort. Formerly known as hn’ya’(pqi’n’n or “The gathering place,” Red Tail provides a menu that’s better than the standard pub fare, with chili lime marinated carne asada, smoked brisket sandwiches and their signature Indian tacos, made with a traditional fry bread recipe and topped with Montana buffalo chili.
