Scratch Spokane and its sister spot, Rain Lounge, are longtime restaurants dating to 2007 and kept alive through a succession of owners. In 2022, Michael Wiley purchased the place and plans to continue offering eclectic, upscale food and craft cocktails in a vibrant downtown spot.
